The agreement that governs your firm's access to and use of the Legal Case Manager platform.
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between Legal Case Manager (“we”, “us”) and the firm or individual that registers for or uses our platform (“you”, “the firm”). By creating an account, starting a trial or using the service you accept these Terms.
We provide a multi-tenant, cloud-based client-onboarding and matter-intake platform for UK law firms, together with related support, as described on our website and in your chosen plan.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your firm’s accounts and for ensuring your staff comply with these Terms.
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, as shown at checkout. Trials are free for the stated period and convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. You may add, remove or change seats, with changes prorated to your next invoice.
Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to breach security or access controls, uploading unlawful or infringing content, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it to send unsolicited communications. You must use the platform in accordance with your professional and regulatory obligations.
You retain all rights in the data you and your clients enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
We aim to keep the service available and secure, and we provide support with your plan. We may perform maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption. Enterprise plans may include a specific service-level agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied, or at the end of a subscription term. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which we will delete it in line with our retention practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
