How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay per active fee earner or staff seat per month. Clients never count as seats — the client portal is always included.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade or add seats at any time; changes are prorated automatically on your next invoice.
Where is our data stored?
All data is stored in the UK (AWS eu-west-2, London) with encryption at rest and in transit, plus configurable retention and GDPR erasure.
Do you support AML and eIDV?
Yes. Risk assessments, conflict checks and SAR logging are built in, with optional electronic ID verification on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
